The job typically adheres to a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the influence of co-occurring medical conditions on the patient's emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that holistically address psychiatric and medical needs using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to each patient's unique circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers to ensure a seamless treatment experience, enhancing the quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Educate clients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, enabling them to take active roles in managing their health conditions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Engage constructively in team meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences to drive coordinated care strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices within the field of integrated care to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

The primary focus of this role involves working with individuals facing co-occurring medical and psychological challenges, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. By addressing the intertwined nature of mental and physical health, our therapists play a pivotal role in promoting overall well-being and resilience in our patients.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Nevada.
• Proficient in addressing the specific mental health needs of individuals facing co-occurring medical conditions.
• Demonstrated experience in providing integrated care, working collaboratively with medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols.
• Familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems and competent in using relevant computer applications to document care effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills, capable of contributing positively to interdisciplinary care dynamics.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly with a focus on integrated care.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings and with diverse populations, which helps to refine therapeutic approaches catering to a variety of needs.
