• Engage with clients through video chat and provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling tailored to their individual needs.
• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they receive the most effective care possible.
• Help clients develop practical skills for coping, problem-solving, and communication that can be applied in their daily lives, enhancing their overall mental resilience.
• Utilize an easy-to-navigate counseling platform, minimizing administrative burdens so you can focus primarily on client care rather than paperwork.
• Receive unlimited client referrals, ensuring a steady flow of clients and allowing you the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Your work will primarily revolve around assisting stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking mental health support. This population may include individuals coping with mild to moderate anxiety, stress, or life transitions. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding them through their challenges, helping to improve their mental health and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current, independent state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.
• Must demonstrate a clean record with no disciplinary actions and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is critical for effective remote counseling sessions.
• You should be computer literate and comfortable using technology to facilitate sessions.

• Experience working with similar populations in a remote setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and online counseling tools can give you an advantage.
• Prior experience in outpatient counseling is highly regarded and can result in quicker onboarding.
