The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple conversations, answering customer questions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, appointments, and general company information.
