Job Duties

As our Customer Solutions Expert - NBS, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed upon sales strategy, policies and procedures for New Building Solutions (NBS) Major Projects. This position will be part of the Major Projects Sales Support team that targets, qualifies and secures NBS Major Projects in the Americas, and establishes strategy for their pursuit. This position includes estimating of Major Projects and partners with the global Major Projects organization to ensure support for the Americas business.

You willbring 5+years of progressive and successfulSales Experience with industry estimating tools and processes to KONE. You will usethe knowledgegained through your 4-year college degree.

  • Proven success at working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comprehensive understanding of KONE's processes, policies and contracts/product offerings.

  • Familiarity with competitor product offerings and practices.

  • Sound working knowledge of construction industry.

Annual Base Pay Range:

This role has been categorized as a remote position within the US or Canada. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, whichmust beidentifiedto the Company.Employees may live in any location within the area of therole'sscope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $126,600- $166,215.The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in Lisle IL. The hiring range for Lisle is $135,500 - $177,870.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
