This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from a comfortable environment. While you will primarily conduct therapy sessions online or via phone, you may occasionally meet clients in our outpatient office, which is designed to provide a safe and serene atmosphere for therapy. We leverage top-tier telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and quality care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to evaluate clients’ mental health and establish treatment needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Offer specialized couples therapy to address relational challenges, improve communication, and strengthen connections.
• Work collaboratively with families to facilitate group therapy sessions that improve interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness, including referrals to specialists when necessary.

You will work with a diverse clientele including adults, youth, couples, and families dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This role emphasizes cultural competency and recognizes the importance of understanding clients’ backgrounds and experiences in providing effective care.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient therapy.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethical foundation and dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and welfare.

• Experience using telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• A background in working with children and adolescents is advantageous.

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
