In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of students, from elementary-aged children to high school adolescents, addressing various issues including anxiety, depression, behavior problems, and social challenges. • A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Colorado.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively connect with students and their families.

• Experience working in educational settings or with youth in a clinical capacity.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational systems.
• Previous involvement in evidence-based practices, such as trauma-informed care or resilience-building strategies.
