• Conduct individualized online therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address emotional and mental health issues.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic objectives and methods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and health care professionals to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.
• Utilize therapeutic tools and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to support clients on their healing journeys.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to enhance effectiveness and address changing needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to ensure best practices and adherence to ethical standards.

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach emphasizes cultural competence, ensuring that therapy is respectful and responsive to the cultural and societal factors that affect mental health. You will work closely with clients to help them identify their strengths, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Applicants must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical mental health setting is necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective client interaction.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is highly beneficial.
• Experience working with specialized populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with substance use issues will be an advantage.
• A background in facilitating group therapy sessions can also be beneficial in this role.
