• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans, employing solution-focused interventions to address your clients' unique mental health needs via telehealth technology.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively adapting your approach for remote delivery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—through virtual meetings to coordinate care effectively.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions via video conferencing, actively contributing to discussions that enhance treatment quality and patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on pertinent mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This role requires a sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by various populations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Connecticut.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
