This position is primarily remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a dynamic team dedicated to client care. Our outpatient office offers a supportive environment with a newly designed space equipped with the latest digital technology, ensuring our therapists have the resources necessary to perform at their best. You will receive full administrative support, allowing you to focus solely on client needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions focused on personalized care to address clients' mental health challenges.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to foster communication and healing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and participate in case consultations to meet client objectives effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest therapeutic strategies and industry standards.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients, understanding their unique backgrounds and circumstances, and guiding them through the healing process.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) with certification.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in counseling or a related mental health field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively connect with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to assess client needs and develop appropriate care strategies.
• Adept in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and other healthcare technologies is preferred.

Candidates with specialized training or certifications in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will be given preference. Additionally, having experience in teletherapy will be beneficial, as it is integral to our remote service model.
