Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide critical consultation in developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as dictated by the clinical team to evaluate client progress and needs.
  • Collaborate with various programs to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.
  • Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of care.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote our mission within the community.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance programming and secure funding opportunities.
  • Commit to personal and professional growth through attendance at relevant conferences, seminars, and community meetings.
  • Uphold and advocate for the agencyโ€™s mission, values, and principles in every interaction.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.
