• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Provide critical consultation in developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as dictated by the clinical team to evaluate client progress and needs.
• Collaborate with various programs to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
• Maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote our mission within the community.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance programming and secure funding opportunities.
• Commit to personal and professional growth through attendance at relevant conferences, seminars, and community meetings.
• Uphold and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and principles in every interaction.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential for this role.
• Exceptional ability to maintain accurate clinical records and generate detailed reports as needed.
• Proficient in working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team setting, enhancing the quality of care through shared expertise.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both clients and colleagues.

• Experience in using electronic health record systems for managing client data.

• Prior work experience in remote counseling or telehealth services is advantageous.
