Attend and lead project-related meetings.

Track, review, and communicate project metrics including schedule, financial performance, and invoicing both internally and to customers.

Travel independently to customer sites for bid investigation, construction progress review or field engineering support.

Mentor and provide direction to staff engineers.

Develop and maintain technical leadership in renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems, and related electrical power system applications.

Work closely and coordinate design with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.ย

Support development of design standards, project management, and standard operating procedures.

Be an early member of the NTH Electrical Division, with high potential for skill and career growth, mentorship, and impact on division culture.
