• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated, holistic care for your clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Assist clients in navigating mental health resources and community services, enhancing their access to support.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with our organization, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a demonstrated ability to provide mental health support.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele and addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation and streamline care coordination.
• Previous involvement in team-based care approaches and multidisciplinary collaboration.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
