As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Encouraging open dialogue to explore client experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and clinical expertise.
• Advocating for clients to help them meet their therapeutic goals and navigate challenges effectively.
• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with clients as they progress through their mental health journey.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes pre-screened individuals with stable mental health conditions and low acuity needs. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent mental health counseling license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Proficient computer literacy with the capability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate approach towards client care.

While not required, the following experiences are advantageous:

• Experience working within a remote therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and a results-oriented approach.
• Background working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of varying backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
