You'll conduct therapy sessions through secure video chat platforms that ensure confidentiality and a professional atmosphere. • Provide individual counseling via video chat to promote mental wellness and emotional growth in clients.
• Encourage open dialogue with clients about their emotions, experiences, and relationships, guiding them towards greater self-awareness and insight.
• Actively engage as an advocate for clients, helping them to define their treatment goals and aspirations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, and collaboratively develop and implement effective treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused methodologies and leverage your clinical expertise to guide clients towards achieving their objectives.

The clients you will work with are prescreened, stable individuals with low acuity needs. This means you will be engaging less complex cases, allowing you to focus on building meaningful therapeutic relationships and fostering positive outcomes without the pressures often associated with more acute cases.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and empathy in all client interactions.
• Solid computer literacy and adaptability in using virtual therapy platforms.

• Prior experience providing mental health counseling independently without supervision is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, addressing varied mental health challenges, is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies that enhance client engagement.
