• Deliver ethical and compassionate individual counseling services to clients through video chat, focusing on establishing trust and rapport.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of client needs to inform treatment protocols and approaches, adapting to changes as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are recovery-focused and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate skills development in areas such as coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to empower clients toward improved mental health.

This role focuses primarily on working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. By employing a personalized approach, the counselor will address specific client goals and needs, fostering growth and resilience in a supportive environment. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and demographics, ensuring that care is tailored to meet their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current unrestricted license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions or limitations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and supportive demeanor towards clients.
• Basic computer literacy with a reliable internet connection required for remote service delivery.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating familiarity with remote counseling tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of effective treatment methodologies specific to low-acuity mental health cases.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic client care.
