• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in addressing their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records documenting client progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your role is pivotal in creating tailored applications that resonate with each client's unique backgrounds and treatment goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of California.
• A minimum of three (3) years professional experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong proficiency with technology used for remote service delivery, including video conferencing tools.
• A deep understanding of mental health issues across various age groups, co-occurring disorders, and effective crisis intervention strategies.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting or teletherapy context.
• Experience in working with culturally diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as DBT, CCTP, or Trauma-Informed Care are highly desirable but not mandatory.
