• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each client by reviewing their unique challenges and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your approach.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals within our organization to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies for client success.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health service provision, ensuring best practices in all interactions.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Oceanic Trauma Counseling, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and major life transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring a counselor who is empathetic, adaptable, and skilled in various therapeutic modalities to meet the varied needs of our patient population.

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Colorado, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Strong administrative abilities to manage case documentation and client records efficiently.

• Experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote setting, which will give you the adaptability and insight needed for this role.
• Familiarity with various telehealth technologies and platforms, enabling you to maximize the tools available for client engagement.
• A track record of collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
