• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their needs.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continually monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in need of immediate support.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at providing support and fostering a sense of community among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, supporting effective communication and care continuity.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development to advance personal skills and enhance the clinic's service delivery.

Our diverse client population encompasses individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal difficulties. This role uniquely positions the LCSW to directly influence the mental and emotional well-being of students and their families, creating a positive impact on their academic, social, and emotional development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of applied experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within a school-based or educational environment.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies, complemented by excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a school or educational context.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic approaches tailored to address issues common among youth and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
