Job Description:

Job Title: Asst Vice President - I_Healthcare

Location: Remote

As an AVP -Health Rules Payer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for delivering configuration services in support of HealthRules.

• Coordinate with the CT config leads across implementations & customer configuration leads regarding HealthRules Payor configuration work assignments to support the HRP Implementation / Migration.

• Requirements gathering, definition, and configuration of the system and workflows to meet specific business needs.

• Responsible for configuring the accounts, benefit plants, fee schedules, match criteria, validation policies etc.,

• Assist in capturing client requirements for product configuration to support different LOBs.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meeting their expectation.

• Should be a client advisor for HealthRules Payor configurations or HealthRules Care Manager products.

• Ensure unique customer needs are properly translated into business terms and communicated across all applicable domains.

• Work closely with stakeholders (i.e. business unit personnel, business experts, other staff, vendors, and contractors) to understand and document project business and system requirements and workflows.

• Work directly with users and customers to identify needs and resolve software configuration problems.

• Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to stakeholders including project managers.

• Develop infrastructure necessary to support quality and efficient configuration deliverables within the respective core claims platform using the right shore model / approach.

• Oversee Quality Assurance activities to confirm the configuration work performed by Global resources meets quality standards before delivery to the customer.

Occasional travel as required to support practice initiatives or customer requests.
