We manage the operational aspects of your work so you can concentrate fully on your clients and their therapeutic journeys.

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize our cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including those required by Medicaid and Medicare.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Develop customized treatment plans that address clients' mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards of care at all times, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of documented experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth systems, and a reliable internet connection for virtual sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

• Experience in working with clients who have experienced trauma or have complex mental health diagnoses.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches.
• A will to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
