The Medina Behavioral Health Center is seeking skilled and compassionate licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. As part of our thriving outpatient community health clinic, you will play a vital role in the mental wellness of our clients by providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support for a diverse range of mental health challenges.

Work Environment

As a remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodates both clinician and patient needs, allowing for a responsive treatment approach. The collaborative atmosphere is reinforced through virtual team meetings, where staff share insights, strategies, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring each plan is tailored to the unique circumstances of every patient.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective counseling sessions to individuals, families, and groups.
