• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to the individual circumstances and preferences of clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment journey.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness techniques, adapting your methods to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans, to track client growth and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for forming therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Ability to approach clients with empathy, compassion, and a keen understanding of their experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and record-keeping in a remote setting.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote settings, familiarizing yourself with the specific challenges and benefits of virtual therapy.
• A background in providing therapy to diverse populations and working with clients from different cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software, streamlining documentation and client management processes.
