• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client histories, challenges, and presenting concerns that guide treatment direction.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring comfort and accessibility.
• Provide skilled crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, offering immediate coping strategies and support.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay informed about the latest mental health methodologies and ethics.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring minimal paperwork through a top-quality therapist dashboard.

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship conflicts, and trauma-related symptoms. Our clientele is diverse, representing a range of socio-economic backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their journeys toward improved mental health and wellbeing.

• A valid and current mental health license such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach combined with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.
