• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that are measurable and goal-oriented.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, adapting therapeutic approaches to align with individual client preferences and goals.
• Collaborate with clients through goal-setting processes, providing continuous support and adjustments to therapy plans as needed, ensuring adaptability in treatment.
• Employ a diverse toolkit of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and family systems approaches, in alignment with client needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and kept confidential.

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. Given the remote nature of our services, you will engage with clients from multiple geographic locations, each experiencing unique socio-economic backgrounds and mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients in a virtual environment and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
• Display of empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach towards diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills suitable for managing remote therapy sessions and maintaining comprehensive documentation rigorously.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly desirable, with familiarity with online therapeutic tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a range of mental health disorders and client demographics enhances effectiveness in this role.
