• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services, including individual counseling sessions that focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any adjustments to therapy plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including school staff and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. As our organization partners with community health clinics, therapists will engage with clients from different socio-economic backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care. • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted licensure in mental health counseling (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) allowing the delivery of unsupervised therapy.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to a varied client base, specifically adults.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Strong written communication skills for proper documentation and case notes that meet legal and ethical standards.
• A clean record, with no disciplinary actions or violations that would impede licensure.

• Training and experience in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Experience working within community health frameworks or school-based mental health initiatives is a plus.
• Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with diverse client populations.
