Responsibilities for Seasonal Business Development Manager include but are not limited to: 

·       Manage business operations activities including budget tracking, purchase order (PO) management, resource planning, and financial processes.

·       Create and deliver executive presentations, leadership communications, all-hands content, and organizational messaging.

·       Rebuild, maintain, and optimize SharePoint sites, ensuring team resources, documentation, and content are organized and accessible.

·       Coordinate cross-functional projects, Aspire rotational program activities, team events, logistics, and employee engagement initiatives.

·       Drive operational excellence by managing multiple projects, tracking deliverables, improving processes, and supporting leadership priorities.

Candidates for Seasonal Business Development Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       5-7 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Business Management, or similar operational roles.

·       Strong experience with budget management, purchase orders, financial tracking, and resource planning.

·       Proven ability to create executive-level presentations, leadership communications, and organizational content.

·       Hands-on experience with SharePoint site creation, maintenance, content management, and process documentation.

·       Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project coordination, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Preferred / Standout Qualifications

·       Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or Office of the CVP organizations.

·       Experience coordinating team events and employee engagement programs.

Pay Details: $48.38 per hour
