This role sits at the intersection of data, marketplace dynamics, and dealer success, owning a product that directly impacts dealer competitiveness, inventory turn, and revenue performance. You’ll define how dealers price inventory intelligently using data-driven insights, automation, and seamless platform integration.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage data (market trends, demand signals, competitor pricing) to improve pricing recommendations
Build Dealer-Centric Solutions
  • Develop tools that help dealers price inventory competitively while maximizing margin and velocity
  • Balance automation with control, ensuring flexibility for different dealer segments (powersports, RV, automotive)
Drive Cross-Platform Integration
  • Lead product alignment across Dealer Spike, IRV, and DealerCarSearch
  • Ensure a consistent and scalable pricing experience across platforms with varying architectures and customer needs
Leverage Data & Insights
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to develop pricing models, benchmarks, and recommendations
  • Define KPIs such as inventory turn rate, pricing competitiveness, and dealer adoption
Execute with Engineering & Design
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, and platform teams to deliver intuitive and performant tools
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an agile environment
Engage Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product-market fit
  • Gather dealer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements
Measure & Optimize
  • Continuously test and refine pricing algorithms and UX flows
  • Use experimentation (A/B testing) to improve outcomes for dealers and consumers
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or data-driven products
  • Experience building pricing, merchandising, or inventory optimization tools is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of two-sided marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or e-commerce platforms
  • Proven ability to work across multiple products/platforms and align stakeholders
  • Experience working with data science teams and translating models into usable product features
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
