Position Overview

Sunrise Spring Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will be critical in providing culturally informed treatment tailored to the unique backgrounds and life experiences of each client. Building rapport and maintaining trust through empathetic and compassionate care will be of utmost importance in fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of four years of related clinical experience providing counseling services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills with the capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
