Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through structured interviews and diagnostic tools.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to specific client needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Monitor and document client progress, maintaining detailed treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage with clients in therapeutic activities, facilitating personal growth and coping strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients in need of immediate assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Riverplace Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing substance abuse challenges, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
