Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client interactions to evaluate their mental health status, build rapport, and comprehend presenting issues.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, employing proven therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Facilitate regular follow-up sessions with clients to provide continuous support and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and evolving situations.
• Guide patients in developing coping skills and provide them with tools to manage their challenges, including coping mechanisms for anxiety, depression, substance use, and eating disorders.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers when appropriate, offering referrals to psychiatrists or additional specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated history of providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Brave Health Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
