• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children and families, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure each child receives tailored support.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all interventions are aligned with best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to families aimed at improving their child's social, emotional, and developmental skills.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop meaningful relationships with children and their families, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Implement IFSPs based on child development milestones and family priorities, adjusting service frequency as required.
• Equip families with skills, knowledge, and resources intended to enhance their child's developmental progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including the coaching model and natural environment teaching, to support children in real-world contexts.
• Uphold stringent standards for health and safety to secure well-being for both team members and clients.

Your focus will be on children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families, providing essential services during critical growth years. The Children’s Services department supports infants and toddlers in developing various skills, including physical, cognitive, and communication abilities. Your role will directly contribute to positive outcomes in their early learning journey.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health, specifically holding LCSW credentials.
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in a relevant early intervention setting.
• Commitment to natural learning environment practices and working collaboratively with families.
• Highly proficient organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills tailored to working with various stakeholders, including families and team members.
