Mind Wealth Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position is essential for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families facing various developmental challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each childโ€™s unique challenges and family dynamics are addressed.
  • Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve positive results for children and families.
  • Establish rapport with children and their families to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Develop joint action plans with families, utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environments to enhance child development.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to families, enabling them to enhance their childโ€™s cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
  • Utilize coaching models and teaching techniques that respect and incorporate the childrenโ€™s natural surroundings for effective learning.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and best practices to ensure a secure environment for both staff and clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
