Mind Wealth Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each child’s unique challenges and family dynamics are addressed.
• Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve positive results for children and families.
• Establish rapport with children and their families to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
• Develop joint action plans with families, utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environments to enhance child development.
• Provide ongoing education and support to families, enabling them to enhance their child’s cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
• Utilize coaching models and teaching techniques that respect and incorporate the children’s natural surroundings for effective learning.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and best practices to ensure a secure environment for both staff and clients.

Our social workers primarily support infants and young children with disabilities or developmental delays who are engaged in early intervention services. This role requires a profound understanding of childhood development and an empathetic approach to working with families undergoing challenges. The social worker will provide vital supports, helping children achieve developmental milestones that typically occur in the first three years of life.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Licensure from the Department of Public Health, with a valid LCSW designation.
• A current and valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Proven ability to adapt to various learning styles tailored to the individualized treatment goals of each child.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with families, team members, and external stakeholders.
• A respectful attitude towards colleagues and clients, promoting a collaborative work environment.

One year of experience in early intervention services is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices. Experience in working with family-oriented approaches and a robust understanding of early childhood development are highly beneficial.
