Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote role that supports local schools in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring meaningful engagement with clients and their families. As a contractor with local school districts, you will collaborate with educational teams to create supportive environments for children with special needs, ensuring access to necessary resources and interventions. You will be part of an innovative and supportive team that emphasizes professional growth and effective communication.

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that reflect the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor and document progress towards developmental goals, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide family support through resources and training, enhancing their ability to foster their child's growth in natural settings.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services, maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
• Establish strong relationships with children and families, facilitating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles in creating individualized treatment strategies.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and strategies utilized in service delivery.

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers who present with a range of developmental challenges, including disabilities and delays. This position requires sensitivity and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of the families you will serve, ensuring that intervention strategies are culturally relevant and effectively implemented in a home or educational setting.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is also required for potential travel to local schools or home visits.
• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention or a related field is essential.
• Proven commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in therapy.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and will enhance service delivery to a diverse client base.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills are crucial.
• A collaborative spirit and respect for teamwork dynamics will be vital in this role.

Preference will be given to candidates with additional training or certifications in early childhood development, trauma-informed care, or behavioral interventions. Experience working in school settings is also advantageous.
