Right Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time Mental Health Counselor. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while actively engaging with families and colleagues across the Denver area. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Actively participating in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of the child and family.

• Monitoring and documenting outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Providing families with support and resources that facilitate the child’s development, fostering a nurturing environment.

• Implementing evidence-based practices in line with Natural Learning Environment principles, focusing on child development in real-world contexts.

• Establishing rapport with children and families, ensuring a trusting relationship to promote effective communication and positive interactions.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations related to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, guiding interventions that assist them in achieving developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills during their critical early years. Families will be at the forefront of your efforts, and your role will significantly impact their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel, if required.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration with both clients and teammates.

• A commitment to understanding and implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
