• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish a clear understanding of each student’s mental health needs and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists, educators, and special education professionals, to enhance the network of support for students.

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Michigan.
