Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, address concerns, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges when beneficial.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client in adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and establish appropriate treatment paths.
  • Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling or related field.
  • A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
  • At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required, providing psychotherapy services.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology, including relevant software such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
  • Experience conducting intake assessments and direct psychotherapy sessions with clients and families.
Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated history of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and be comfortable in a virtual clinical setting. Experience in implementing evidence-based practices and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly advantageous.
