Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their emotional, psychological, and social needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with both legal and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Provide education, resources, and emotional support to students and their families, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work primarily with school-aged children and their families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your role will be vital in helping students improve their academic performance and social interactions while fostering an overall sense of well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
