At World Fuel, marketing is a strategic driver of growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our position in the market.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with sales, commercial, and business leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, support key account growth, and deliver measurable business results.

You will also serve as the primary marketing partner for our U.S. Energy Management & Brokerage business, helping shape go-to-market strategies, generate pipeline, and accelerate growth across a dynamic and evolving energy marketplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic B2B marketer who enjoys influencing business decisions, building programs that drive revenue, and partnering closely with commercial teams.

What You'll DoLead Strategic Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
  • Partner closely with commercial and business leaders to align marketing investments with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Define target audiences, customer segmentation, buyer personas, and customer journey strategies that improve engagement and conversion.

  • Partner with sales leadership to support pipeline goals, strategic accounts, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead account-based and solution-focused marketing programs designed to engage complex B2B buying groups.
  • Develop impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, customer success stories, solution briefs, nurture campaigns, and thought leadership content.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations that strengthen alignment between marketing activities and business outcomes.
