Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Delivering a range of psychotherapy services, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the patient's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client interactions are recorded and accessible.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, share insights on client progress, and contribute to treatment strategies in collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals.
• Providing psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and skills necessary for recovery.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care and integrating this knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied population across different age groups and backgrounds, addressing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Your understanding of culturally sensitive practices will be essential in creating effective treatment approaches that resonate with each client's lived experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Kansas.
• At least two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, specifically within telehealth or outpatient settings.
• Expertise in evidence-based solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
