Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish a deep understanding of their mental health challenges and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies and address specific client goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s situation, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set measurable goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to established regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Utilize our streamlined digital platform for scheduling and note-taking to enhance your practice management and efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Black Rock, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. Our clientele reflects a variety of backgrounds and age groups, which allows you to apply your skills across different contexts and challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health therapist in the State of Nevada (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth therapy is highly desirable, although we provide training and support for those who are new to this modality.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Background in working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits
