Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional wellness, and specific needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing methods that may incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly, documenting changes and adapting treatment plans to ensure effective interventions.
• Offer urgent crisis intervention, establishing rapport quickly to support clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous client records that uphold confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers— to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and integrate innovative practices into your work.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards as established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and range from adolescents grappling with anxiety and depression to adults dealing with complex trauma, relationship issues, and severe mental health diagnoses. This role will empower you to affect change on multiple levels, as you will be working with individuals who often encounter significant barriers to accessing quality mental health support. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience
