In this role, you'll be at the center of complex engineering projects, helping teams transform ideas into intelligent digital models that improve collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Coordinate BIM workflows and digital project information from design through construction.

  • Support engineering teams with digitalization initiatives, processes, and tools.

  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards.

  • Facilitate BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

  • Configure, manage, and maintain project models, datasets, and workflows.

Your Background
  • Associate degree in Engineering Drafting, CAD, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, BIM methodologies, or digital design environments.

  • Experience using Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

  • Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary project collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that permits employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
