Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Outside Sales (Fully Remote)

Allstate - Devery Prince Agency Team

Anchorage, AK • Remote

$90K - $120K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Retirement, PTO

Job description

Sell. Dont chase, dont service just sell.

Weve spent 30 years building one of Alaskas most respected Allstate agencies, and weve engineered this role around one idea: put a skilled producer in front of a steady stream of quality leads and get everything else out of their way. No service work. No prospecting from scratch.

No drama. Just you, a full pipeline, and the tools to close.

If youre an experienced Licensed Sales Producer whos tired of generating your own leads or splitting your day between sales and service, read on.

What makes this seat different

We buy 5070 fresh Home & Auto data leads every day not recycled, not aged.

A dedicated telemarketer works the dialer and warm-transfers live prospects straight to you.

A data analyst monitors and optimizes lead quality, quantity, and spend every week, so your pipeline keeps getting better.

Ricochet CRM sequences your contacts so youre always working the right lead at the right time.

100% sales-focused service and retention work is handled elsewhere. You sell.

Sharpen your edge every single day

We arm our producers with high-end role-play coaching and AI-powered sales-training tools, and we expect you to use them daily. But expect isnt really the point we want someone whos genuinely excited to. The producers who win here treat practice the way elite athletes do: they drill objection-handling, refine their talk paths, and walk into every shift sharper than the last. That daily rep is exactly how you build the skills to close more, bundle more, and earn more. If daily training with premium tools sounds like a grind, this isnt your seat. If it sounds like the unfair advantage youve been missing, youll love it here.

What success looks like (your first 90 days)

Month 1: 30+ items issued, 20+ Home/Condo/Auto, 85%+ bundled.

Month 2: 45+ items, 30+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.

Month 3+: 55+ items, 35+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.

Compensation & earning potential

We built this plan for one kind of person: the top performer. We actively recruit the highest- producing closers in the market, and weve engineered our compensation to reward them richly a modest base, uncapped commission, and real money for business that sticks. The better you sell, the more you make. There is no ceiling.

W2 hourly base (roughly $33,000/year equivalent), paid while you ramp plus full benefits.

Uncapped, bundle-weighted commission the more you bundle, the more you earn, up to 14%.

Monthly performance bonuses tied to production and quality, plus a team bonus when the agency hits its monthly goal.

Renewal income on your growing book of business.

On-target earnings of $90,000$135,000+, with top producers earning more.

If you want a big guaranteed salary and a quiet phone, this isnt it. If you want uncapped income tied directly to your skill with a steady stream of quality leads handed to you every day youll do very well here.

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Retirement Savings Program with employer match

120 hours PTO (vacation/sick)

Monthly health insurance stipend
