• Provide direct mental health treatment through assessment, diagnosis, and the development of treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices grounded in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).
• Utilize electronic medical record systems efficiently to document client interactions, treatment progress, and maintain compliance with agency policies.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, documentation review, and personal goal tracking to ensure ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with families and support networks to coordinate care, alongside community partners such as schools, child welfare agencies, and healthcare providers.
• Stay informed and participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance treatment methodologies.
• Contribute specialized knowledge and insights to clinical team discussions to foster a culture of shared learning and collaborative treatment planning.

The therapist will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Treatment focus may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. It is essential to understand and address the developmental needs specific to children and adolescents when delivering therapeutic services.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Independent licensure in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Experience with Trauma-Informed Care and understanding of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS).
• Strong typing and computer skills, with competency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload and interfacing effectively with large healthcare providers and support staff.
• A demonstrated commitment to improving lives and transforming behavioral care practice.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating multi-family discussions.
