Job description

Job Summary:

Provides support for warranty operations.

We are looking for a talented Remote Channel Training Administrator to join our Distribution business 

Remote work with possibility to travel if needed 

Work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on the employee's local time zone.

Will make an impact in the following ways:


Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision
Respond to request in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates
Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests
Manage the One-Off Authorization inbox, Templates and Rules and respond or redirect additional email traffic
Communicate with Channel Readiness and Training teams effectively to document training needs and training availabilities
Administrator for all Special Trainings - create classes in CST, monitor enrollments, email training links to students and close courses

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Warranty Process - Analyzes customer issues to verify root cause of failure and associated progressive damage using Cummins published service information; interprets the warranty administration manual to determine eligibility for coverage and claim requirements; identifies items associated with repair that can be covered and communicates to stakeholders; files a claim in the appropriate system using proper documentation and requirements to receive accurate settlement
