Job Description

Full-time, fully remote position in the Retirement Department as a Transaction Processor. Working 8 AM to 5 PM in your time zone, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunities for growth. This position is hourly, and nonexempt.

Duties
โ€ขBecome proficient in participant transaction processing such as contribution remittance, distribution & loan requests, and enrollment processing
โ€ขInteract with participants and various plan contacts via phone and email
โ€ขMaintain appropriate documentation of all client interactions
โ€ขWork closely with team and as a member of the Retirement Department
โ€ขAttend team, department, and company trainings
โ€ขWilling to learn, understand and implement IRS code and DOL regulations applicable to retirement plans
โ€ขLearn current processes, then as appropriate, provide feedback for increased efficiencies
โ€ขActively contribute to a positive team environment
โ€ขMust meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
โ€ขPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Director

Qualifications
โ€ขGeneral computer abilities with various types of software applications
โ€ขProficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
โ€ขHighly motivated, hard-working, and positive attitude
โ€ขStrong typing and 10-key skills
โ€ขHighly attentive to detail and accuracy
โ€ขExemplary customer service skills both on the phone and via email
โ€ขBilingual useful, Spanish language preferred
โ€ขMust be professional in both verbal and written communication

Educational Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time. There is no travel associated with this position
