Job Description
Full-time, fully remote position in the Retirement Department as a Transaction Processor. Working 8 AM to 5 PM in your time zone, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunities for growth. This position is hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
โขBecome proficient in participant transaction processing such as contribution remittance, distribution & loan requests, and enrollment processing
โขInteract with participants and various plan contacts via phone and email
โขMaintain appropriate documentation of all client interactions
โขWork closely with team and as a member of the Retirement Department
โขAttend team, department, and company trainings
โขWilling to learn, understand and implement IRS code and DOL regulations applicable to retirement plans
โขLearn current processes, then as appropriate, provide feedback for increased efficiencies
โขActively contribute to a positive team environment
โขMust meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
โขPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Director
Qualifications
โขGeneral computer abilities with various types of software applications
โขProficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
โขHighly motivated, hard-working, and positive attitude
โขStrong typing and 10-key skills
โขHighly attentive to detail and accuracy
โขExemplary customer service skills both on the phone and via email
โขBilingual useful, Spanish language preferred
โขMust be professional in both verbal and written communication
Educational Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time. There is no travel associated with this position
