Work Environment

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and conduct thorough assessments of clients, establishing rapport and understanding their individual mental health needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to address various issues including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the goals of clients, focusing on building resilience and coping strategies.
  • Utilize the electronic health record system to document counseling sessions, treatment progress, and client outcomes efficiently.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and safe in their therapeutic journey.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care management and referrals when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
  • Maintain flexible working hours, accommodating clientsโ€™ needs which may include evening and weekend availability.
