Work Environment

This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home, making it ideal for professionals who value flexibility in their schedule while maintaining a balance in their personal and professional lives. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with a stable routine for your practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, accurately diagnose mental health conditions, and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 25-30 client appointments, balancing individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
  • Document treatment details consistently and thoroughly, including session summaries, treatment plan updates, and clinical notes, following clinic protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and develop rapport with clients, ensuring their comfort and safety during therapy.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and flexible methodologies to empower clients to achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.
  • Coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to ensure a supportive network around each client.

Qualifications
