The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with a stable routine for your practice.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, accurately diagnose mental health conditions, and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain a weekly caseload of 25-30 client appointments, balancing individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Document treatment details consistently and thoroughly, including session summaries, treatment plan updates, and clinical notes, following clinic protocols.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and develop rapport with clients, ensuring their comfort and safety during therapy.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and flexible methodologies to empower clients to achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.
• Coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to ensure a supportive network around each client.

Your work at Polara will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families who face various mental health challenges and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory for this position.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to exhibit professionalism and establish appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Experience with family therapy, community resources, and collaborations that aid in a holistic therapeutic approach.
• Prior experience with various mental health documentation processes, including treatment plans, diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical case notes.
• A familiarity with fee collection processes and managing billing for services rendered is beneficial.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and addressing the nuanced needs of various populations.
• Demonstrated capacity for creativity in therapy, alongside a drive for client success.

• The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
