Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Consumer Financial Services & Insurance Services practice groups. This position would be fully remote within the Seattle area. 

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, nationally recognized team representing insurance companies and financial institutions in complex litigation matters. The practice spans a broad range of insurance coverage issues-including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability-as well as consumer financial services litigation involving single-plaintiff matters and appeals in state and federal courts.

This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility and hands-on litigation experience within a dynamic and growing cross-practice team.

Position Requirements:

  • Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts
  • Experience in either (or both): Insurance coverage litigation or Consumer financial services litigation, representing financial institutions
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
