You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who collaborate to deliver comprehensive treatment and care. Our telehealth facility utilizes cutting-edge technology to ensure that our counselors can efficiently assess and treat clients, making mental health services accessible to those with limited resources.

• Conduct initial assessments and mental health evaluations to understand clients’ needs and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-supported therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to the specific context and client's requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards in documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and support, integrating various therapeutic methods as appropriate.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed on emerging trends in mental health.

Our clientele includes individuals and families dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, often with limited previous access to care. You will support a diverse patient population encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting.
• Proficient in using EMR software, facilitating seamless documentation and communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical practice standards in mental healthcare.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, recovery from substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it aligns with our organizational goals of providing accessible remote therapy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as coverage for malpractice insurance. Counselors will receive ongoing support for billing and documentation processes, allowing you to dedicate more time to client care.
