• Offer individualized counseling services to clients via telehealth, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at supporting client progress.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to identify issues, instill coping strategies, and maintain a focus on client safety and confidentiality.
• Utilize cloud-based EHR systems to manage client records, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating efficient session documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely feedback and support concerning their treatment goals.
• Implement treatment programs addressing a range of issues including mental health struggles, trauma recovery, and dual diagnosis challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to enhance client care and engage in shared learning opportunities.
• Proactively engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse clientele who may experience varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Our clients include families, individuals, and groups who seek compassionate support and effective intervention to improve their quality of life.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Proficient in using technology, including a secure laptop/desktop with reliable internet access for virtual counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.

• Experience with cloud-based EHR systems.
• Ability to adjust scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend sessions as needed.
• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting is a plus.
