The Role
We are seeking a motivated Production Control Associate to support our manufacturing operations team. This role will be focused on guaranteeing on-time material replenishment & delivery, supporting shipping & receiving, and ensuring accurate inventories. This position requires strong attention to detail and prior experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor production line material levels and replenish components/supplies according to schedule or kanban signals
  • Deliver materials to designated work centers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
  • Receive incoming materials, verify against packing slips/purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
  • Process outbound shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and load staging
  • Enter receiving, shipping, and transfer transactions into the ERP/WMS system in a timely manner
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records
  • Maintain organized, labeled, and accurate storage locations (bins, racks, staging areas) 
  • Support periodic physical inventory audits
  • Follow all safety protocols, especially around material handling equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S/housekeeping standards
  • Flag process inefficiencies or recurring material issues to leadership
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or material handling in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability with inventory accuracy
  • Proven Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements

Compensation

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20 and $23/hour. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
