Job description

Team Red Dog is hiring a Real Estate Contracts Coordinator for our client, a leading cloud and software provider and global technology leader. This fully remote role supports the development of critical infrastructure projects by managing easement, land, and real estate transaction workflows across a fast-paced, high-growth portfolio. The successful candidate will coordinate contract routing, maintain land records and tracking systems, support title and property-related documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain exposure to complex real estate and infrastructure transactions while helping drive the expansion of world-class cloud and data center operations.

  1. Real Estate and Easement Transaction Coordination – Experience supporting land, easement, right-of-way, title, or commercial real estate transactions, including document routing, transaction tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

You'll work alongside Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Business Operations teams while helping improve systems, streamline processes, and maintain the records and workflows that keep complex projects moving forward. The position provides excellent visibility across multiple business functions and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure initiatives at scale.

How you will make an impact:

• Support easement, land development, and site services transactions across the AMERs region.
• Manage high-volume transaction workflows, ensuring agreements, amendments, and related documents are accurately tracked and maintained.
• Coordinate contract routing, approvals, execution tracking, and post-execution administration activities.
• Review title reports and support ownership issue resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain land records, contract management systems, and associated documentation repositories.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to monitor transaction status and workflow health.
• Track budgets, payments, invoices, and related financial metrics.
• Communicate transaction status, risks, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders and business partners.
• Support landowner inquiries, issue resolution, and related communications.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Engineering, Operations, and Business Operations teams to support project execution.
• Coordinate with external partners including landowners, brokers, developers, consultants, and outside counsel.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance operational efficiency.

The expertise you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting real estate, land, easement, right-of-way, title, or commercial real estate transactions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing contracts, agreements, amendments, approvals, and document workflows.
• Experience maintaining contract management systems, land records databases, or document control platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, trackers, and workflow documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
